Total work of commercial building reconversion for cowork unit. Total implementation of fit-out project, designed by Roots, from demolition phase to furniture assembly, turnkey. By previous intervention, to accommodate Benetton’s store, the building was already composed of concrete structure, keeping the original facades. In this sense it was analyzed and used part of the infrastructure to benefit the client.
