Adaptation work of an office and commercial building to cowork space. Implementation of the fit-out project, designed by Roots, focusing on the qualification and comfort of the spaces for their new functions, whether working, socializing or gathering. Typological reconfiguration of each floor, installation of furniture and all prescribed elements. Turnkey project. Intervention to be developed in 3 phases at the site’s request, to cause the least impact on the operation.
